Because life is imperfect, in my very first moments of being alive and my eyes could open, I discovered the needs of my heart could not be met but I was able to see worlds inside people.  I could see shadow, darkness layered on top of the light. I saw truths untold, pain unnamed and picked up subtle layers of sensory information that others did not. I had no words to describe the pain that I sensed in the people around me.  Without parents to hold me, I felt very alone and overwhelmed. My environment shaped me before I was born, and so to protect myself I abandoned the safest place within me, the heart. It felt safer to move through life this way.

As a young adult living in London, I built what seemed a successful career. Behind what looked like a blessed and abundant life as an International HR Director, I was addicted to work to fill my void and depended on the outside world to fill my worth and needs. Through yoga, meditation and somatic body work I slowly trained my dysregulated and heightened nervous system to feel safe. I began to understand how to thrive in the world through interoception and by developing advanced self care, wellness and spiritual practices. I found my way back home, to my heart.

I’ve since become devoted to studying and teaching the wisdom of the body and heart, and now with a yoga practice of over 20 years this has matured to a level of deep reverence for the Philosophy of Yoga focusing on a holistic method of physical, spiritual and mental health. With trainings from numerous Wisdom Keepers spanning across continents and disciplines, I weave ancient and modern philosophies into my offerings to create inclusive, safe, non-competitive spaces and for people to practice yoga as a flow of consciousness, ceremonies to welcome stillness and breath to find deeper meaning from their daily lives. In the past six years my path has lead me to the art of Natural Energy Healing, Reiki Healing, Sound Vibration and Cosmic cosmology. My personal yoga journey continues to be inspired by the teachings of Rod Stryker/ParaYoga and Tanya Boigenzahn/Devanadi School of Yoga (Sri Vidya Tantra lineage of the Himalayan Masters), Shiva Rea, Judith Hanson Lasater and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

After seven years of running two yoga studios in Leicestershire, the key elements of my work includes a diverse range of Yoga Lineages, Energy Medicine, T.R.E, Sound Healing, Embodied Ceremony and Indigenous Practices to support others to unlock and release stuck patterns to attain new levels of integrated embodiment. I have found my way back and I believe I can help you overcome your mind to rediscover the breadth of love within you, to help you author your life, live from your heart and operate from a place of grace.
