WildSpirits Wellness offers lineage-based yoga deeply rooted in Traditional Yoga and Meditations to cultivate inner peace and mental clarity in our modern world. Yoga classes are suitable for complete beginners and more seasoned practitioners.

Monday 6pm and Tuesday 6pm & 7.30pm classes are held at Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club.

Thursday 10am classes are at The Parkhouse Centre, Bude. Cornwall.


PREGNANCY YOGA

Prenatal Yoga for All Trimesters

Wherever you are in your childbirth journey, find support for your body, mind, and baby with safe pregnancy/prenatal yoga classes for all trimesters. From your physical body to your emotional state, prenatal yoga is key to a healthy, happy pregnancy.

A specialist class, designed to allow you time and space to focus on breathing techniques which you can use throughout pregnancy and during labour, our practice of specific yoga postures are all safe during each stage of pregnancy and aim to help you manage your ever changing body, combat any aches and tension, keep your body and mind strong and of course provided you with the chance to rest, relax and rejuvenate.
