A specialist class, designed to allow you time and space to focus on breathing techniques which you can use throughout pregnancy and during labour, our practice of specific yoga postures are all safe during each stage of pregnancy and aim to help you manage your ever changing body, combat any aches and tension, keep your body and mind strong and of course provided you with the chance to rest, relax and rejuvenate.
